House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.

1.Smoking is not allowed, including e-cigarettes, even in the covered porch.
2.Pets are not allowed.
3.Use of the washing machine / dryer is chargeable: €10 wash only, €15 wash and dry. The machine is enabled remotely — contact us to activate it.
4.Unregistered guests are not permitted. Parties and events are prohibited.
5.Use of outdoor speakers is not allowed.
6.If using the barbecue, please leave it clean after use.
7.Please report any issues promptly.
8.Park where indicated by the signs, keeping to the edge of the garden.
9.Please keep noise levels moderate between 23:00 and 08:00.
10.Do not leave rubbish on the kitchen wall ledge.
11.Please ensure the outer gate is closed at night (animals can get in!).
12.Do not throw objects into the toilet — use the bin.
13.Charging your car battery using the house electricity is not permitted.
14.Times: check-in from 17:00. Check-out by 11:00. Unless otherwise agreed.
15.Before leaving the house:
  1. a.Leave the dishes washed and completely empty the fridge.
  2. b.Take all rubbish with you.
  3. c.Turn off lights and air conditioning.
  4. d.Leave the accommodation in good condition.
  5. e.Lock the door and the gate.
  6. f.Leave the keys in the outdoor container and 'scramble' the numbers.
  7. g.Close the driveway gate.

Practical notes

  • ▪The front door and the gate use the same key.
  • ▪To lock the door, first rotate the handle upward (to approximately 45°).
  • ▪The porch light switch is behind the right curtain.
